Cerebra’s Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) is comparable to the best in the world. The ISO 9001:2015 certified plant manufactures motherboards, memory modules, graphic cards and networking products. Cerebra EMS is an ultra-modern anti-static facility with copper grids, housing state-of-art SMT machinery. In fact, Cerebra was the first to set up an SMT Line to manufacture PC motherboards and related IT components in India, with STQC approval for product reliability.
The facility’s design is based on the PCB Class Clean Room models, with high speed air curtains that prevent dust from entering critical areas. Our best-in-class Phillips Pick & Place machines operate at a line speed of 20,500 components per hour, with a zero-defects production process. The plant has an installed capacity to manufacture over 30,000 motherboard units per month. The line is capable of mounting all kinds of SMD components like QFPs, SOICs, Micro BGAs, 0402 package components etc.
We have trained professionals of IPC 610 standards with the line productivity per person at the efficiency of > 95%.
