Role involves the mapping of a service team, coordinating with service personnel.

Candidate will be required to handle Job Scheduling, fixing appointments for the service team, handling Customer Service calls, creation and renewal of client agreements.

Candidate will be required to prepare proposals and quotations for Clients, provide Project Update Reports to Clients, maintain service team attendance register, handle document filing, prepare Purchase Orders and Invoices, and to interact with vendors for purchases.

Cerebra is looking for experienced candidates for its Accounts & Finance Department, preferably candidates with prior experience in CA firms.

Candidates must be capable of handling finalisation of accounts, VAT/CST/GST assessment completion in a timely manner.

Periodical MIS, Taxation, Filing of Tax, Excise, ESI, PF, etc., Returns will be required.

Candidate will be responsible for correspondence to bankers on financing, and ensuring timely collection of statutory forms like Form C, F, and preparation of E-Sugam.

Additionally, knowledge and understanding of GST will be advantageous.

Candidate must ideally possess prior industry experience, and knowledge of Channel Sales, while maintaining good relationships with distributors.

Cerebra is in search of a dynamic, young professional possessing both hands-on and conceptual understandings of ICT Solutions and CCTV Solutions.

Candidate must ideally have experience working in a distribution environment, and should have spent a minimum of 4-5 years in the UAE previously.

As a Technical Lead, who will be interacting with Customers, pre-sales, the Candidate must have a pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic would be considered a plus-point.

Candidate must be exposed to the MOI guidelines, ADMCC, and possess a general understanding of the CCTV guidelines present in the MENA region.
